Account Settings

Using the Account Setting you can mange your account, billing, integrations and find support.

Update your details

  1. Click the name of your Organisation in the top left corner

  2. Select Account

  3. Navigate to My Profile

  4. Update your Name or Nickname

  5. Click Save


Update your orgnaisation's details

  1. Click the name of your Organisation in the top left corner

  2. Select Account

  3. Navigate to My Organisation

  4. Update your organisations information or address

  5. Click Save

Note

If updating both organisation information and address, you'll need to click Save on both tiles.


Change your password

  1. Click the name of your Organisation in the top left corner

  2. Select Account

  3. Navigate to My Profile

  4. Click Change Password

You'll receive an email in the next few minutes that will contain a link to change your password


Update your email address

  1. Click the name of your Organisation in the top left corner

  2. Select Account

  3. Navigate to My Profile

  4. Click Update Email

  5. Enter the email address you'e like to use

  6. Click Update Email - in the next few minutes you'll receive an email to the original email address requesting confirmation of the change

  7. Once you've confirmed the change, you can login to the account with your new email address. You'll also receive an email to your new email address confirming the change

Note

Click Re-request password reset if you don't receive an reset email.


Delete your account

Note

Once you've closed your account all data will be destroyed and cannot be retrieved. Any links to integration will also be removed.

  1. Click the name of your Organisation in the top left corner

  2. Select Account

  3. Navigate to My Profile

  4. Click Close Account

  5. Enter you account email address, to confirm the deletion request

  6. Click Close Account
